Grand Palace is a complex of historic buildings that became the main tourist attraction in Bangkok. Inside, there is the Royal Grand Palace which is the residence of the kings of Thailand. The Grand Palace complex is open daily from 08:30 to 16:00. If you want to get into the palace complex, you have to pay 500 yuan entrance fee. 3.Wat Hua Krabeu
The collection of buffalo head skulls is a reminder that the water buffalo population in Thailand had experienced a drastic decline in 1987. It is estimated that there are about 300,000 - 400,000 buffalo slaughtered each year to meet the needs of meat consumption for residents. If curious with the pile of skulls, visits to Wat Hua Krabeu certainly must come to the place not to be missed. This place is open to the public and is free.
3.Sungal Chao Prhaya
The Chao Phraya River has clean, brownish water. Along this river, you will find stalls selling typical Thai souvenirs and snacks, skyscrapers, and ships that go back and forth carrying passengers and cargo. If you want to cross on the Chao Phraya River, you can climb the tourist boat when going to visit Wat Arun.
4.Bangkok Art
Bangkok Art & Culture Center is well worth a visit as it has a futuristic modern architecture and interior. On the exterior of the building, there is an interesting installation artwork to be the object of photo memories. Bangkok Art & Culture Center is open daily except Monday, 10:00 - 21:00.
5.Museum of Counterfeit Goods
There are 20 categories of items in the museum, ranging from clothing, shoes, clocks, footwear, perfumes, cosmetics, drugs, cigarettes, to electronic goods. Interestingly, some of the counterfeit goods are placed alongside the original goods, thus providing knowledge that residents and visitors can distinguish between real and fake goods. To visit this place, you will not be charged.
